Note
- apparently Ang Peng Siong loves the mee sua here and true enough, he was sighted during our visit
- 73 @ Hillcrest is actually a coffee shop that converts to a cafe at night (post to come)
- during the day, besides bak chor mee & mee sua served by the coffee shop stalls, there is also a  chicken soup based ramen stall that is open throughout the day

After meal thoughts
- good but pricey at $4.50 for minced pork noodle and $7.50 for mee sua
- mee sua had the nice homey taste, flavoured with sesame oil and kidney & liver without the gamey smell and the soup was savoured to the last drop
- minced pork noodle was more than competent but the chilli was a little over-powering

Recommendation
- bak chor mee / Minced pork noodle (order with chilli on the side)
- mee sua (only if you are into innards)
