Note 
- Free car park at ground level beside hotel Drive Way (10 lots only) 
- Only 10 tables at restaurant
- Went due to UOB 30% discount voucher
- Booked on Chope app
- 2 sittings for dinner and Friday was fully booked
- Went on Thursday for 1st sitting 
- 5 tables when we arrived and 2nd sitting was 80% full of western diners

After dinner thoughts
- Mod Sing cuisine with Willin Low as adviser 
- Local food with a modern touch, nice presentation and atas price 
- S$175 for 4 pax (S$45/pax) - 2 starters, 1 popiah, 2 mains, 2 desserts

- Popiah consists of quality handcut ingredients such as bamboo shoots, sufficient for 4 small sized popiah @ S$7 / roll 
- Ngoh Hiang was flat rather than round, with just a thin pork paste layer in between crisp bean curd skin
- Baramundi Salad was extremely pleasing to both the eyes and palate (recommended)
- Hainanese lamb shank with black fungus, fried bean curd (tau pok), huge pieces of crispy bean curd skin and tender meat that holds perfectly but falls off the bone when handled
- Baked chicken took an hour which meant it was not pre-prepared and although we were adequately fed from the earlier dishes, the moist chicken meat accompanied by the fragrant glutinous rice were almost 3/4 consumed (recommended)
- Ice Cream popiah was similar to the Taiwan version offered in the night markets which is a fraction of the price charged at Po
- Goreng pisang was interestingly coated in rice bubbles rather than the usual flour batter 

- Recommended = Baramundi Salad + Baked Chicken + Ice Cream Popiah
