Note
- open since Aug'19 by 3 Le Cordon Bleu grads
- contemporary cuisine = local produce + french style, helmed by a team of young chefs (average age probably not more than 30)
- smallish portions suitable for heavy palette, with most meats sou vided
- 11 counter seats + 29 table seats which was 75% full on a friday night of female clientele
- 3 smaller + 2 bigger + 2 sweet @ RM 250 / S$80 for 2 pax

Interesting dishes
1) Squid (king oyster mushroom, mushroom broth, thyme) - squid & mushroom were finely sliced, resembling noodles, sou vided with smokey flavour and served in a clear/light mushroom broth
2) crab congee (fried herbs, cured yolk) - gooey congee in bright yellow with strong crab flavour
3) soy ice cream (black glutinuous rice cake, kumbo oil) - mildly flavoured soya sorbet-like ice cream, paired with soft sponge black glutinuous rice cake & seaweed infused oil to be eaten with all 3 elements each mouthful
