After 1.5 month, finally got our hands on the coveted Le Matin Patisserie by pastry chef Al-Matin, who worked in top restaurants such as Noma, Andre (2-Michelin star)

- a random queue # will be allocated at 4pm

- past attempts was left empty handed with 1st try on 31 May during CB

- for this try on 12 July, we had 4 devices on standby

- queue # were 5, 33, 106 and 1054

- completed order for #5 and #33 at 4.03pm and 4.06pm respectively

- with the maximum 15 minute shopping time, we could 'continue shopping"

- #106 and #1054 expired when sold out after 30 minutes at 4.30pm 

-  orders from 15 July to 2 Aug, with 65 orders daily ( no deliveries on Mon & Tue)

- Sold out in 3 minutes

- 6 day delivery slots (11am to 3.30pm)

- $58 + $10 delivery for 16 pieces of brownie

- Received order on 13 July, 1.15pm

Note

- brownie is more cakey than fudgy

- would be too dry if heated up as warm brownie

- not too sweet with a tint of saltiness

- pricing on the high side, which is probably attributed to the star factor

- a decent brownie but name overpowered taste with wow factor caming more from the star
