- made online appointment for hair cut by director (Yves) for 2.30pm

- arrived early at 2.10pm and salon was 3/4 full and buzzing

- was shown to seat at about 2.20pm and director came by at 2.30pm sharp

- started with hair wash on motorised chair at wash basin, with hot tower placed on crown after conditioner was applied

- hair cut for about 10min, followed by blow dry, then further thining and shaping of hair for another 20 min

- left the salon very satisfied at about 3.40pm

- a made in Japan extra cooling hair tonic was applied before blow dry which is available for purchase @ RM101/S$34

- was given a member card with RM 6 accumulated which can be used by presenting card

- was presented with a RM 20/S$18 voucher for treatments in all Msia outlets and valid for 3 months 

- was advised that birthday benefits can be used in MY and SG outlets
