- went on Sunday at 1pm and got a table immediately with the tables 90% full
- write orders down on yellow order sheet and hand over to staff who will then lead you to table
- payment is done upon leaving
- separate white order sheet and queue for take away
- 2 soups, 2 braised pork rice, 2 veg, 1 pigs trotter for 2 pax @ TWD 300 / S$15
- would order white rice for TWD 15 / S$0.70 instead of braised pork rice (卤肉饭 ) for TWD30 / S$1.50 as it was just some minced pork gravy on rice
