2 tbsp of milk kefir grains
250ml fresh full cream milk
1) Combine milk kefir grains and full cream fresh milk in glass container with loose cover
2) Leave at room temperature to ferment for 24 hours
3) Strain fermented milk
5) Store strained milk in glass bottle and chill in fridge. Keeps for 1 week.
6) Repeat fermentation with milk kefir grains from (3) by going back to step 1
