- soup ingredients includes choice of pork, chicken, pork liver, pork intestine and pig stomach

- soup is similar to peppery bak kut teh, without the herbal taste and includes 冬菜，chinese wine, peppercorn, ginger slices

- spring roll is similar to the nonya  hei zou but more bland
