- took bus 206 from perimeter of Taipei Train Station, opposite Taipei Bus Station, to Yangming Shan bus station (1 hr, NT$15/S$0.50, use 优游卡)
- took bus 108 from Yangming Shan bus station to 小油坑 (20 min, NT$15/S$0.50, use 优游卡)
- bus also stops at 竹子湖, but must indicate to driver that you are alighting or you miss the stop. To go back, you will need to start from the bus station again as the bus route is a one way route, every 30 / 5 min on weekday / weekend
