- choice of doness of beef available
- patty was juicy and wooden platter was dripped while chomping on the burger 
- burgers can be in beef, chicken or fish
- upgrades to charcoal and multi-grain buns
- 2 tables at 1pm with more tables being filled up in the next hour
- Pash & Dash was a nice concoction which can be replicated at home as the sweetness comes naturally from the coconut juice which is balanced out by the sourness from the passion fruit and refreshed by the mint
- milk shake was chocolaty but not as thick as those made with ice cream
- IDR 234,000 / S$24 for 2 pax

- seem to be run by western chefs
- alfresco restaurant was almost full at 9.30pm
- open for lunch with different menu ( skewers, kebabs, veg cooked in fire)
- 1 meat and 1 veg to taste as this is second round dinner

- pork belly was like Spanish roast pig, with skin semi crispy but without the bubbles in Chinese roast pork and the bottom was charred black
- whole coconut was served without ice @ IDR 35,000 / S$3.50
- ginger ale @ IDR 35,000 / S$3.50
- recommend the egg plant mousaka

- Food seems more Asian than fusion this round compared to last visit

- recommend the 8 hour slow braised beef

Verdict
- Tender and juicy with very limited lemongrass sauce

- $296 for 4 pax sharing 3 starters, 2 soups, half duck (eaten 2 ways), 1 main, 2 rice, 3 desserts, on top of 1 complimentary starter each and 1 complimentary dessert each
- 15% discount with Citibank, OCBC and UOB card
- dress code - no bermuda, singlet & open-toe shoe
- private rooms for 4, 6, 12 and 20 with minimum spending of $108++
- looks fully booked for friday dinner

Food
- pricey at $75 nett but guess reasonable for a restaurant with numerous accolades
- modern cantonese food that may not appeal to traditionalists
- hae bee hiam chilli was good compliment for starters and 2nd dish for duck (minced duck with lettuce cup)
- iberico pork char siew was extremely tender
- though smoky, preferred the traditional Peking Duck from Imperial Treasures as Hua Ting's version had a sweeter sauce, less crispy skin and more meat served in the crepe wrapper
- the stock for Dong Xing Garoupa Rice was excellent, almost as good as shark cartilage soup, and the rice was bubbling hot as it was served dry in the stone bowl, with the superior stock poured over only when served at the table
- almond puree was mild which suited me to a tea as a non-almond product drinker
