• Can claim VAT with minimum THB 2000 per store (usually big departmental stores like Tokyu, Central)
• Process yellow VAT form at store
• Present goods & yellow form at row 10 of departure hall before check-in
• After check-in & immigration, go to VAT counter for VAT refund
