- just opened the previous week and process needs tweaking as round 2 customers came at 8pm and table was not ready.  Was lead to lounge on 2F with a wait of an hour before table was ready at 9.30pm

Snack 1 - Chicken Skin - Fried chicken breast cracker with caramelised onion

Snack 2 - Assam pedas with eggplant, okra, cherry, tomatoes


Salmon - dill oil, sour cream, soya wasabi granita, ponzu pickled wakame seaweed, diced pear, viet rice chips

AHK Seabass - Ah Hua Seabass, compressed bitter gourd, semi-dried tomato, topped with fried egg floss, ginger & milk in spoon, anchovy & fish bone stock separately poured in

Baby lamb rack - Viet style lamb chop with grilled egg plant, honey & coriander sauce


Basmati rice - choice 1 of carb

Potatoes - choice 2 of carbs


Pre dessert - House made granola, red dragon fruit, light greek yoghurt

Coconut - Pound cake crumbs with papaya, caramelised pineapple & coconut ice cream

Pisang no goreng - deep fried coconut custard, salted gula malaka & banana ice cream
