Note
- made online reservation for Friday dinner
- 15 courses of 5 savoury snacks, 5 plated desserts, 5 hand held petit fours
- from locally sourced products
- moved from counter, indoor dining (dim & rustic) & outdoor terrace (romantic & homely) locations in the restaurant
- experiential menu with more sweets than savouries but 5 desserts were not overly sweet, some with a heavier salt seasoning 

- ala-carte dessert menu available 4-5pm and 8-10pm 

- IDR 1,402k / S$112 per pax, includes 11% tax, 10% service charge, 2 x 750ml sparkling water (IDR 69k / S$5.6 per bottle)
- started at 6.15pm & left at 8.15pm

- Powder Room before R4D - candy store with seating, closes at 7pm
- Shelter Island after R4D - accomodation - 8 room guest house

- dou miao (pea shoots) + fern tips

Savoury 2 - Squid Noodles (cosmos)
- squid + Thai flavours

Savoury 3 - Rice with Chicken (clove basil)
Sou vide chicken + ginger flower + red rice on crispy chicken skin

Savoury 4 - Not Another Dumpling (cadena de amore)
- mushroom + roe + jicama + coffee kombucha + tamarillo vinegar

Savoury 5 - One Rib (shiso perilla)
- pork rib + perilla

- rosella sorbet + dragon fruit jelly + thin crisp + mousse + jam

Dessert 2 - Pandanbert (pandan)
- top icy sheet + crispy crumble + jelly + pana cotta

Dessert 3 - Whisky, Torture, Turgenev (pineapple)

Dessert 4 - The Sugar Refinery (mangosteen)
- mangosteen mousse + sour sop sorbet + balinese meringe

Dessert 5 - Chocolate Creme Brulee

- mango + chilli cinnamon oil in cone

Petit fours 2 - Poky (raspberry)
- cracker stick, like poky stick + rosella aioli + raspberry chocolate

Petit fours 3 - D & C's (Kaffir lime leaf)
- D&C are creators of recipe, like M&M's
- peanut + cascara chocolate + chilli + Kaffir lime

Petit fours 4 - Cacao Leaf (baby star fruit)

Petit fours 5 - Cashew Medium Mac (tumeric)
