After-taste thoughts:
- not your usual light, flaky, buttery croissants
- flaky crisp on the outside and chewy on this inside, thus called mochi croissant, which is apparently the first in Singapore
- heavy snack which may appeal to those appreciative of food innovation, being a combination of western pastry and local kueh
- aesthetically appealing with interesting flavors to again cater to western (kinder bueno, key lime cheesecake meringue) and local (matcha, osmanthus oolong, orh nee) taste buds
- kudos to the two young entrepreneurs
