After dinner thoughts
- Reasonably priced water, still or sparkling, through Scandinavian purification system and not shipped
- Loaf bread can be part eaten (toasted if preferred) at restaurant & part packed home, with 6 pcs / half loaf
- Tiny mussels came with 2 pieces of Wave sourdough bread, soft from organic white flour
- Seabass was nicely complemented by generous serving of salad & Kailan
- Marinated strawberry, small & cute, carried its natural sweetness, and not overpowered by sugar while sourdough ice cream wasn’t too different from normal ice cream, topped off by what looked like a very thin slice of toasted bread
- 8 variety of sourdough bread with different textures due to flour combinations, e.g. white, wholemeal, rye
